Deadline for submissions. This means your material must be POSTMARKED by this day to qualify. You must send in your Application Form and non-refundable Application Fee of $25 (USD) through this website or by mail, and submit your DVD by mail. We do not accept links to your films; we require a hard copy DVD which can be in either PAL or NTSC format. Please be aware that a PAL format DVD will be viewed on a computer screen – hence if you want your film to have an optimal viewing, you should convert it to NTSC.

February 16, 2011 (Wednesday)

Notification of acceptance. You will be notified whether you are accepted or not. Please do not email us to inquire before this date.

March 1, 2011 (Tuesday)

Payment Deadline. Cancellations due to hardships or extenuating circumstances possible up to 10 days prior to the seminar start date. A cancellation fee of $200 (USD) applies.
